The Program
This course is intended for Pilates Instructors and Trainees who are looking to fill in the blanks and dive deeper into the needs of their Prenatal & Postnatal clientele. Participants will learn how to detect the elusive diastasis recti. They'll gain the expertise to know what not to do and what you must do to keep this population of new mothers challenged but most importantly safe during their pregnancy and beyond!
